Together, we’ll use approaches like psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to begin healing old wounds. My goal is to help you move from simply saying “I’m good enough” or “I’m safe” to truly believing and feeling it.
