About
If your child or teen is struggling with academics, peer socialization, emotional regulation, or a plethora of other common adolescent concerns, therapy can be incredibly transformative and helpful. I work with social anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief and loss. As an informed clinician, with a background in working with children and teens, I aim to provide insight and evidence based therapeutic tools to encourage self awareness and alleviate negative symptoms.
It's important to me to maintain a safe therapeutic space for my clients to feel understood and supported, allowing them to access their thoughts and emotions without judgement. I'm very passionate about guiding children and teens through these pivotal stages of life filled with transitions, identity development, and self esteem concerns.
The idea of therapy can be overwhelming and intimidating at times, and my focus is to help ease that anxiety by providing a warm and welcoming space. Feel free to give me a call and we can set up a free consultation.
