I work with people who want help improving their relationships, or who want relief from the pain of their self-criticism, loneliness, or overwhelming feelings—usually some combination of these. Some of the people I work with want to feel more fully alive. Many of them want to learn how to deepen their connections with others and feel more at ease just being themselves in the world. I specialize in working with people who experienced relational trauma early in life and want help learning to exist fully and connect with others in the present.
Through talking freely in the context of an accepting relationship with another, we can gain a deeper understanding of why we relate to ourselves and others in the ways that we do. This can help us identify and do our best to work through the obstacles that get in the way of authenticity and connection.
If you want to find out more about working with me and whether we'd be a good fit for therapy, I'd love to hear from you. If you want to learn a little more about how I work, click the link to my website.
