I also specialize in EMDR, helping individuals process trauma, reduce distress, and reconnect with their inner strength. As a member of the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, I bring empathy, safety, and deep understanding to every session.

I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with cognitive-behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches, grounded in person-centered, humanistic, and strengths-based principles. This combination supports clients in healing from past experiences while fostering personal growth, resilience, and self-acceptance.
