Hi! I am a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Arizona who specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and new mothers/parents. With an educational background in clinical psychology, I am committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where my clients can explore and process their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and thrive in today’s world. As a licensed therapist, I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ranging from infancy/toddlers all the way to young adulthood, and/or parents.

During my training I gained valuable experience working in schools and community mental health clinics. My specialties include treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, grief/loss, attachment, interpersonal relationships, parental separation, child/ adolescent defiant behaviors, perinatal/postpartum concerns, and parenting education.

I take a collaborative approach to treatment that focuses on goals that enhance personal and familial strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and cultivate a strong sense of self-esteem.
