I provide therapeutic support to individuals of all ages. I have a particular passion for working with those impacted by trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I am also deeply passionate about the LGBTQ+ population, providing affirming and inclusive care to individuals navigating identity, relationships, and the unique challenges faced by the community. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I believe therapy should be honest, relatable, and free of judgement.
After a successful career in education, I felt a deep calling to support people in a more personal and transformative way. Inspired by the healing and therapists I experienced in my own life, I returned to graduate school to earn my Master’s in Counseling. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and TF-CBT, Play Therapy, CBT, and DBT.
