Additionally, I love working with people experiencing attachment-based anxieties, sexual dissatisfaction or desire differences with their partners. I also work with queer & non-monogamy exploration, as well as those that have experienced religious or relational trauma. My mission is to help others connect back to their body after being taught over a lifetime that they shouldn’t trust it.
I’m a pastoral counselor with clinical and personal experience in processing religious shame alongside being certified as a Prepare/Enrich couple’s counseling facilitator. I’m trained in EMDR and am currently enrolled in the CSTIP program to become a certified sex-informed professional.
