I primarily work with individuals and couples struggling with attachment-based anxieties, sexual dissatisfaction or desire differences with their partners. I also work with queer & non-monogamy exploration, as well as those that have experienced religious or relational trauma. I’m drawn to those who are curious and those that want to connect back to their body after being taught over a lifetime that they shouldn’t trust it.
I’m a pastoral counselor with clinical and personal experience in processing religious shame alongside being certified as a Prepare/Enrich couple’s counseling facilitator. I’m trained in EMDR and am currently enrolled in the CSTIP program to become a certified sex-informed professional.
I know how difficult and strenuous it can be to search for the right therapist. I pride myself on direct and non-judgmental sessions. I’d love to connect with you and set up a 15 min screening call to make it easier to know if we’ll be a good fit for one another.
