YOU are the expert of your own experience. I believe that all clients deserve to feel heard and supported, no matter what they are struggling with. While I specialize in trauma treatment, I find that the principles of trauma-informed care apply to most clients. I affirm clients of all religions, races, and sexual identities. Effective therapy is all about offering a safe space for clients to express their true selves and then helping them grow into the life they want.

For children, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy, allowing them to express feelings and experiences through play—their natural language. In this supportive environment, children gain confidence, emotional understanding, and healthier ways to manage life’s challenges.

With teens and adults, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Brainspotting, mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions. These methods help clients process trauma stored in the body, reduce emotional distress, and move toward greater connection and resilience.
