With a background in social work, I take a collaborative and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I enjoy working with children, families, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Having consistent support during difficult seasons can make a world of difference and through evidence-based talk therapy, practical skill-building, and walk-and-talk sessions that promote connection, I aim to help folks experience gradual change and meaningful insight.

I also proudly affirm the LGBTQIA+ and the neurodivergent communities, and if you've suspected any symptoms related to ADHD, Anxiety, or other neurodivergence, these are all areas that I specialize in. I offer both individual and family therapy where a range of talk therapy modalities are utilized, like TF-CBT, DBT, and ACT.

UPDATE: The Neurospicy Group is taking a pause until late summer/early fall of 2026. INFO: An in-person support group for neurodivergent young adults. This is a supportive space where discussions of life transitions, career and identity exploration, politics, and various other topics surface. Sessions often include guided discussions and simple, experiential activities to help process stress, build self-awareness, and encourage authentic connection. Many folks experience executive dysfunction under the umbrella of ADHD or Autism, however, neither diagnoses is a requirement. Sessions will be self-pay once they restart late summer/early fall.
