Life is a journey and striving to be our best self is an ongoing task. Other areas: relationship difficulties (Marriage/Dating), substance misuse/long-term recovery, emot. eating, infidelity, and smoking cessation.
I am a holistic therapist, thus I consider all aspects of one's life (spiritual, nutrition, physical, mental, social). I use a variety of techniques that include hypnotherapy, chakra work, artistic expression, talk-therapy, and dreamwork.
