Welcome to my world of healing and growth! I'm Brooke and I bring a unique blend of quirkiness, creativity, and compassion to my work as a therapist. In my therapy practice, I embrace a new age approach, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with mindfulness, EMDR, and other holistic modalities. Before diving into the world of therapy, I spent years as a teacher, nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. Drawing from my teaching background, I approach therapy with a playful and educational spirit, empowering clients to explore their inner landscapes with curiosity and insight.
Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, exploring the depths of your psyche while embracing the magic of the present moment. My goal as your therapist will be to help guide you to look Through The Mirror.
