In my therapy practice, I embrace a new age approach, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with mindfulness, EMDR, and other holistic modalities. Before diving into the world of therapy, I spent years as a teacher, nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. Drawing from my teaching background, I approach therapy with a playful and educational spirit, empowering clients to explore their inner landscapes with curiosity and insight.
