Hi! My name is Brooke and I'm a licensed professional counselor in practice for nine years. Difficult experiences in life can cause feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. They can leave us feeling confused and frustrate, unsure of ourselves and our relationships. I am a warm and direct therapist. I will support, encourage, and challenge you so that together we can understand, reduce stress, and be more present to ourselves and in our relationships.
