I have a passion for working with individuals of all ages who are seeking support or navigating challenges, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation. With children, play is incorporated to help them work through challenges such as anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, grief, family changes, and social or emotional difficulties.
I utilize a collaborative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, primarily drawing from CBT and Person-Centered Therapy, and incorporating some DBT skills in treatment. When working with children, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy, combining directive and non-directive interventions based on the child's needs.
