My background includes working with those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life stressors, codependency issues, behavior modification, parent/child relationship issues, and those who are experiencing major life transitions. I have advanced training in both Perinatal Mental Health/Mood Disorders and Exposure and Response training for OCD.
