One of the most exciting—and painful—journeys we face is understanding who we truly are. My ideal client is a neurodivergent individual who feels overwhelmed, misunderstood, or burnt out from years of masking. If you are someone who struggles with identity, sensory overload, or self-criticism—but you're ready to explore who you are beneath the expectations, I would love to help you understand yourself, your behaviors, and your needs. I’m passionate about helping clients replace shame with self-acceptance, reconnect with learn to use their strengths, and find clarity, relief, and confidence as they begin to thrive authentically.

My specialities include high-functioning ASD, ADHD, and trauma but I have worked with people in many life circumstances. I strive to help our clients gain holistic health. In therapy, I use EMDR, neurofeedback, and other holistic techniques and partner with other providers such as PCPs, nutritionist, and other therapies for integrative care.

I am often told my clients appreciate my straight forward style. By the time most people come to me they have exhausted their other options. While my main goal is to help people learn to meet their own needs, if desired, I can help point out patterns, challenge thinking traps, or empower people to see a greater potential.
