Unresolved trauma often leaves behind persistent emotional burden. Feelings of detachment or over dependence, heightened emotional sensitivity or shutdown, lack of sense of self and life direction, difficulty building or being in healthy relationships, or cycles of problematic behavior that we cannot seem to break can be just some of manifestations of trauma. Unresolved emotional trauma takes away from our happiness and ability to live and love in the way we desire.
My areas of specialty include trauma/PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, relational issues, stress & burnout. My primary treatment modalities include EMDR, IFS, CBT, & DBT. I work with older teens and adults ages sixteen through sixty-five.
I am committed to helping you heal. Moving alongside you, at your pace, towards your journey to self-discovery and wellness. Please reach out to learn more about my services. I look forward to our work together!
