I work with clients navigating complex trauma, dissociation, relational wounds and personality disorders to better understand these patterns and reconnect with themselves. Therapy doesn’t have to mean forcing change, it can begin with curiosity and safety. My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity and an evidenced-based approach as we explore the different parts of your experience together. If you’ve landed here unsure but hopeful, that’s okay. Taking the first step toward healing often begins with simply being willing to look.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex trauma, dissociation, emotional intensity, and relational wounds. My work integrates EMDR and Structural Dissociation (Trauma-Informed Stabilization Therapy) with DBT, CBT, narrative, IFS-informed, and attachment based approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.
Sometimes survival required you to adapt in ways that made sense at the time. Therapy can be a space to slowly understand those patterns and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have carried so much for so long. There’s no pressure to force change here, just compassion, curiosity, and support as we move at your pace.
