There is a place where anxiety, perfectionism, and challenges with self-esteem all overlap. I am passionate about working with individuals who find themselves at that intersection and want to learn how to break that cycle through challenging their beliefs, identifying ways to self-soothe, and enhance their inner confidence and empowerment.
If you're in the therapy room with me, I want you to feel and to know that I've got your back. I believe authenticity, warmth, humor, and highlighting strengths help to create a sense of trust between me and my clients and a sense of empowerment within themselves. I utilize approaches like CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and more.
