I'm a PCIT-certified therapist with over 10 years of experience helping children under 7, teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I am currently training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy which I will offer to my Arizona clients late October. I provide telehealth therapy in Oregon and Arizona, making it easier to get support.
