Starting therapy can be a scary but exciting process. Often what's important is finding the right fit between a therapist and a client. Once therapy begins, it can be an incredible resource where an individual may regain a sense of balance and peace of mind, build more satisfying relationships, develop more effective communication, as well as find the sense of direction and meaning that allows one to thrive. We have a fabulous group of psychotherapists, warm and savvy, with various specialities, and able to see new clients.

I have been trained in psychodynamic and Jungian psychotherapy, looking to an individual's relationships, dynamics and unconscious as an avenue to their healing. I also utilize a mindfulness approach - referring to a connection between mind and body. My areas of specialty include: Postpartum Disorders and Maternal Mental Health, Depression and Adolescence

I am grateful to be in this work as I have a real interest and respect for people and their struggles. I feel privileged when I am able to be a part of their journey. Because I have experienced my own personal losses and postpartum mood issues I have a sense of what someone may be going through, and what they need.
