As a practitioner of many holistic modalities, such as EMDR, Thought Field Therapy and Energy Psychology, I can assist my clients in achieving a decrease in anxiety, adjusting to a changing situation, depression or trauma symptoms. I work with people of all ages. It is very important to me that my clients are treated as the most important member of their treatment team. Their goals set the tone and focus. As a practitioner of EMDR since 2001, I have assisted in helping many of my clients find relief from symptoms resistant to other therapies.
I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the addictions field. I individualize my care based on my clients' needs and goals. I have had a lot of success in treating the underlying conditions that exacerbate the addiction.
I am an out-of-network Provider however, I will submit to insurance as a courtesy to clients but expect payment at the time of service. I am happy to walk clients through how to learn about benefits and how to navigate out-of-network benefits.
