I can help. I am a clinical mental health counselor with experience working with children, individuals, couples and families. In practice, I tailor my approach to meet each clients needs in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. I have training in a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art therapy, Play therapy and mindfulness practices. I am passionate about working with individuals impacted by trauma, PTSD and anxiety. I utilize evidence based interventions in order to help clients manage symptoms and reach their goals.
Additionally I have knowledge about working with individuals impacted by ADHD, Conduct Disorder, ODD, depressive disorders, sexually problematic behaviors, sexual abuse, anxiety disorders, behavioral issues and self-harming behaviors.
