Symptoms on the surface provide clues to the core patterns within that have gotten in the way of clarity and connection to ourselves and those we love. We can learn to disengage from old, automatic patterns that have outlived their usefulness and now create more pain than they relieve. This is something you can learn to do. I'd be happy to help. Life is always teaches us how to live more fully, and lessons repeat until they are learned.
Therapy aims to help you open up, get clear and experience how radically life shifts on the outside as we cultivate a wise, steady and compassionate self on the inside. I often use approaches like mindfulness and internal family systems therapy (an individual therapy) to help you understand and work effectively with your thoughts and emotions.
