I’m a licensed psychotherapist, LCSW-C. I work with intuitive, deeply feeling individuals who sense that traditional therapy only touched the surface. My work is experiential, relational, and deeply intentional. I use an East meets West approach that blends evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic and intuitive modalities such as mindfulness-based compassion, meditation, hypnotherapy, energy psychology, visualization, subconscious and past life healing, Reiki, empath tools, and spiritual coaching.
I work best with intuitive, empathic, and creative adults who feel deeply and have often felt misunderstood. Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, or spiritual awakening, and are seeking alignment, self-understanding, and lasting change.
