You’re here because some part of you knows more is possible — more joy, more connection, more ease, more fulfillment, more meaning. You're grappling with complex emotions and experiences, seeking a safe space to explore and understand yourself at a deeper level. Whether you're questioning your identity or your purpose, grieving a loss, navigating a major change, feeling stuck in yucky relationship dynamics, or struggling to find your way out of anxiety or depression — therapy offers the necessary time, space, and connection to heal and grow. I'm glad you're here.
Our work will be dynamic, insightful, and at times challenging. I don't simply nod and listen; I'm here to actively engage with you, offer insights, and ask probing questions. I value your mind-body connection, seek to understand all parts of you, and deeply respect your inner-knowing and wisdom. I welcome all identities and relationship structures.
I know that seeking therapy isn’t easy or straightforward, but I believe that it’s vulnerable, and therefore courageous. I'm honored to support folks of all identities in embracing their authentic human experience, cultivating meaningful lives, and healing deep wounding. Grief and Meaning-Making After Parent Loss
This 6-week group supports you in making space for the complex emotional responses that often follow the loss of a parent, offers a supportive space to share your grief, honor your parent’s memory, and connect with others who understand the unique pain of this loss. Each session will be an intentional, therapeutic container designed to support presence, reflection, and meaning-making, drawing on poetry, storytelling, creative expression, and deep listening. Together we will explore themes such as identity and family role changes, coping with waves of grief, planning for anniversaries, and secondary losses.
