I've seen how when one person is struggling in a family, everyone can feel it. I use relationships and effective communication to help people express their feelings and better their connections to find peace and happiness as they learn to navigate their emotions and hardships in life. Healing can happen, and it often comes through finding unity with others and within.

I work with couples, individuals, and families. I specialize in relational therapy. Many of our problems, including healing mental and emotional health, can be resolved when focused on healing relationships and learning effective communication. I have been trained in Gottman Level 1 therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
