My clinical training and specialty focus includes military/veteran/LEO focused trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, intimate partner violence, divorce care, parent/child relationships, and sexual abuse. I draw from a range of therapeutic treatment modalities to tailor therapy to you and your strengths as an individual. The primary evidence-based protocols I utilize in my practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Prolonged Exposure.
I am a warm, empathic, and gently challenging therapist. Finding a space where you can be fully accepted and known while being encouraged to meet your full potential is rare.
