Taking the step towards therapy can feel intimidating but know that you are on your way to getting the support you deserve. As a therapist, I take time to provide a space based in understanding and compassion. I strive to provide support to you as you gain understanding of yourself and your goals. I strive to provide a nonjudgemental space in therapy. I am passionate about working with individuals who are coming to therapy for relationship issues, anxiety, life-transitions and depression. I work with individuals between the ages of 9-55. I will strive to build an environment that you feel safe to explore who you are, and your goals.

I take a depth-oriented approach to therapy. I believe that exploring who you are provides the foundation to work towards goals. I also take a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy while working towards therapy goals. I believe that therapy should be collaborative between the counselor and client, and that everyone holds the answers within themselves.

I take an individualized approach to therapy and use a wide variety of theories based on the clients needs. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, a difficult life transition or past trauma, I would be honored to work with you and be a part of your team to overcoming your concerns.
