The focus of my practice involves working with clients of all ages in addressing their Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorders. I utilize the evidence-based treatments of Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as I assist clients in building upon their strengths. I consider it an honor to partner alongside individuals and families in their journey to healing and recovery.
