I am currently finishing my Master of Arts Degree in Counseling at Regis University, with graduation quickly approaching in December of this year. After facing my own mental health struggles and spending 14 years in the corporate world, I decided to return to school to give back to the collective in a meaningful way. I know how difficult it can be to take the leap and reach out for help, and I’ve experienced firsthand how integral therapy has been in my life.
I am passionate about guiding my clients to a safe space where they can explore past experiences and current circumstances that may be impacting their mental health, doing so in a way that feels comfortable and safe for them.
I use evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness in my sessions if that resonates with you. I enjoy working with clients 16 and above who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and corporate burnout. I also identify as an LGBTQIA+ ally.
