Welcome! I believe that we can all benefit from connection and support, especially right now. I enjoy accompanying people on their journey to well-being and healing. I am passionate about EMDR therapy as a way to treat trauma, depression, anxiety and other challenges. I also use creative approaches with people of all ages, due to my extensive play therapy training. Being a registered play therapist supervisor (RPT-S) helps me to work creatively and compassionately with people across the lifespan. I am also certified in perinatal and infant mental health, so that I can support parents and families from the start.

I love to learn and continue to educate myself in new modalities for infants, children, teens and adults so I can best serve my clients. I have many certifications and continue to pursue new ones each year. I enjoy helping people heal from past trauma so they can live their best lives. You deserve to feel worthy and safe, no matter what happened in the past!

I enjoy supporting people of all ages (from infancy to adulthood) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting, perinatal/postpartum mental health, unresolved childhood trauma, traumatic events, grief/loss, behavioral issues and other life challenges.
