Everyones experience is different and affects the person that they become. When someone is going through a tough time, it's important that the help they receive is tailored to their individual needs.
I take a person centered approach to therapy. I believe that everyone has the answers within themselves and that therapy should be collaborative between the client and the counselor. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy to address the clients concerns and work with the client to reach their therapeutic goals.
I take an individualized approach to therapy and use a wide variety of theories based on the clients needs. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, a difficult life transition or past trauma I would be honored to work with you and be a part of your team to overcoming your concerns.
