I will work alongside you, as you navigate changes and gain further insight into your life. Taking a clinical approach to providing evaluation and therapy. Evidence-based practice is the center of therapy and blending in integrative therapies. Specializing in individuals, couples, and adolescents going through anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I value my relationships with clients. I care deeply in helping my clients move towards the life they want. We work together in finding the answers to feeling better, and living a fulfilling life.
