As your therapist, I am here to help you reach your short- and long-term goals, while also providing a safe space to share your feelings, thoughts, and challenges.
I offer psychotherapy sessions for adolescents and adults, incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also have extensive experience in play therapy and other modalities well-suited to children and clients with developmental disabilities. Typical session length is 45 minutes, but we also offer 30 and 60-min slots.
I am currently accepting new clients, both virtually and in-person (Middlesex County, NJ). I am also licensed for virtual therapy in New York (license no. 130493).
