About
Welcome to your therapeutic journey, I look forward to working with you! It is a privilege to help guide you on your own unique path of self-discovery and to empower and collaborate with you. I have successfully worked alongside diverse populations and I aim to consistently provide culturally sensitive and appropriate care to each client no matter what their background. While I work with a variety of presenting issues, I have a particular interest in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to help them understand and cope with identity crises, life transitions, grief, trauma, or a personal or familial health diagnosis.
Therapeutically, I use compassion and mindfulness as core elements to promote an improved quality of life for all individuals who walk through my doors. While I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use a trauma-informed approach, I ultimately work alongside each client to create a treatment plan that is meaningful and appropriate for them.
“Hang on to your hat. Hang on to your hope. And wind the clock, for tomorrow is another day.” – E.B. White
