As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in Somatic Experiencing Therapy, as well as alternative therapies: Mindfulness Meditation, Reiki/Therapeutic Touch, and Breathwork Therapy. My focus is on working with the body, utilizing somatic awareness, permission-based therapeutic touch, breathwork and other mindfulness techniques to help clients relieve stress, manage overwhelm, and connect more deeply with themselves.
