Kecia specializes in working with anxiety and stress management, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, loss and bereavement, depression and anger management.

The primary focus of my practice is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an evidence-based treatment modality (similar to EMDR) that uses bilateral brain stimulation and voluntary image replacement to change the way the brain stores distressing images and sensations. ART helps patients heal from trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, and codependency in only 1-5 sessions!

This ongoing therapy group is for women who are struggling with the transition of becoming (or on the cusp of becoming) empty nesters. The group will explore themes such as: 1) creating the next chapter of your life; 2) parenting your adult child; 3) grief & loss; 4) finding meaning & purpose; 5) rediscovering yourself and your partner.
