Virtual Women’s Empty Nesters Group Ages 40-60
This group will meet virtually on Tuesdays from 3:45-5:00pm via Zoom. This ongoing therapy group is for women who are struggling with the transition of becoming (or on the cusp of becoming) empty nesters. The group will explore themes such as: 1) creating the next chapter of your life; 2) parenting your adult child; 3) grief & loss; 4) finding meaning & purpose; 5) rediscovering yourself and your partner. Group members will provide support, insight, hope, and critical feedback with each other while maintaining honest and authentic interaction.

Virtual Women's Psychotherapy Group for Ages 45-60
This psychodynamic process group is comprised of women who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, perfectionism, worthiness, vulnerability, and family of origin issues. The group meets virtually on Thursdays from 11am-12:15pm. The focus of the group will be on the “here and now” experience of group members, providing insight into members’ ways of relating to others in an honest, yet supportive atmosphere.
