My Other Groups
This long-term psychotherapy group includes women in their 30's and 40's who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Group therapy provides an excellent adjunct to individual psychotherapy or on its own.
This group will meet virtually on Tuesdays from 3:45-5:00pm via Zoom. This ongoing therapy group is for women who are struggling with the transition of becoming (or on the cusp of becoming) empty nesters. The group will explore themes such as: 1) creating the next chapter of your life; 2) parenting your adult child; 3) grief & loss; 4) finding meaning & purpose; 5) rediscovering yourself and your partner. Group members will provide support, insight, hope, and critical feedback with each other while maintaining honest and authentic interaction.
