My work often focuses on supporting women and young adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, stress, grief, and the pressure of life's changes. I believe that therapy is a unique and personal process. I use a variety of interventions (strengths-based, person-centered, CBT, ERP, ACT, mindfulness) tailored to your individual treatment.
