About
Counseling is not one-size-fits-all; I believe in offering individualized, client-centered services to work towards your identified goals and meet your needs. I seek to provide clients with high quality, ethical and compassionate services in a safe and comfortable environment. Together we can work towards personal growth, satisfaction and wellness. Change is a process that requires courage, vulnerability and strength; no matter the change you wish to make, I will provide support along your new journey.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in the areas of mental health, trauma, and addiction in both individual and group settings. Areas of focus include substance use/addiction, mental health, trauma, personal growth, stress management, adjustment and life transitions, grief and loss, depression and anxiety.
If you have made the decision to enter counseling, you have taken an important first step. I encourage you to reach out for a phone consultation to discuss continuing your journey to personal growth, wellness and satisfaction. I am now accepting new clients, and also have evening availability.
