Your connection with your therapist is one of the most important aspects of successful therapy. In our time together, I will prioritize building a safe and stable therapeutic relationship with you as we explore who you are, where you want to be, and what exists in the spaces between. I work with adults and teens looking for relief from symptoms of loneliness, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I specialize in helping people strengthen their self-awareness and relationships, learn adaptive coping skills, and navigate continuous change and the complexities of being human.
I utilize CBT, DBT-I, IFS parts work, Positive Psychology, expressive arts, and somatic practices to support each client's unique needs. I draw from person-centered, trauma-informed, multicultural, Gestalt, attachment, existential, feminist, and family systems theories of counseling to provide greater insight into the lived experiences of my clients.
