Brooke is dedicated to supporting the healing, growth, and integration process for clients who are motivated to take an active role in their mental and emotional wellness. She draws from a wide range of both conventional and alternative approaches, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual she works with. Her philosophy is rooted in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them on their path toward greater self-awareness and holistic health.

Sessions may range from 50 minutes to extended intensives of up to 5 hours, and the course of care can span from brief, focused work to long-term therapeutic relationships, depending on client goals and needs. Brooke holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Colorado and South Dakota.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion and practicality, with a focus on helping clients cultivate balance across physical, emotional, mental, spiritual aspects of their lives. The ultimate goal is to support each person in becoming more whole, centered, and empowered. She works virtually as well.
