As a psychologist and parent myself, I understand the mix of joy, worry, and responsibility that comes with raising a child. Watching your child struggle can be one of the hardest experiences, and I approach this work with deep respect for both the child and the family system.
My work is shaped by my formal training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and more than 15 years of experience supporting children, families, and educators in school and community-based settings. I bring a warm, relational, and neurodiversity-affirming lens to therapy, drawing on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and stress-informed principles to guide our work.
My approach is collaborative, we co-create strategies that are both aligned with the child’s nervous system and responsive to the family’s priorities and needs. This means our work is not about one-size-fits-all solutions, but about finding what feels practical and sustainable for your unique situation.
