I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma, in particular with clients navigating mid-life transitions and relationship dissatisfaction.
I approach therapy from a collaborative way and ensure that all aspects of my client’s lives are seen and respected in therapy. I achieve this by being genuinely curious about who people are at their core and, through a narrative and experiential approach, enjoy helping clients rediscover themselves while strengthening their relationships.
I often incorporate my humor and foul mouth, TikTok and meme references, and my authenticity and transparency to help guide clients along their journey to reconnect with themselves. I am currently completing my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Kansas State University and work with Kansas adults, couples, and families from all identities.
