I blend Internal Family Systems, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and EMDR principles to witness and work with the parts of you that learned to survive. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system regulation. We don’t just analyze your patterns — we work with them in real time so change actually becomes embodied.
