I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (SC 753) with over 30 years of private practice experience. Currently, I am in private practice with offices in both Beaufort and Bluffton, South Carolina. Prior to private practice, I worked in many outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals which have thoroughly prepared me for the range of psychological issues that individuals face on a day-to-day basis. My therapeutic approach is both personalized and eclectic, designed to tackle the range of life problems that affect all of us in life. I am an active therapist in session and my goal is to tailor my depth of training and expertise to meet your therapeutic needs and goals. My clinical approach is practical and down-to-earth, compassionate and directed towards active problem solving. Specifically, I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy,
neurobiology, and marital therapy. I have also taught human sexuality and feel comfortable with all expressions of sexuality and alternative relationships. My hope is that our therapeutic relationship will help you live a more rewarding and meaningful life with those that you love.
