As a queer, neurodivergent trauma-survivor, I bring the wisdom of my lived experiences to bear in our clinical work together. I have learned in my own journey that avoidance of our deepest pain inevitably leads to disconnection; leaning into the invitation of our hearts leads to connection, and thus, healing.

I use a blend of Emotion-Focused, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Existential, and Mindfulness therapies to tailor my approach to your unique goals. I help you learn to identify body sensations and emotions, communicate authentically, and implement proper boundaries with acceptance. I integrate eco-therapy as desired as time in nature is an irreplaceable aid.

I work with every client from a trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, attachment-based lens. We go in to the root emotional need to heal it so your present symptoms will be alleviated. With EMDR, my clients tend to notice results very quickly (3-5 sessions). The couples I see experience a lot of relief from the first few sessions of EFT, with more long-lasting change happening over 12-16 sessions.
