I work primarily with people and couples navigating changes in their life, specifically around family planning and care (fertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting), and want help managing stress, anxieties, depression, and fears related to these life changes. Psychologically, the perinatal period is a time of tremendous opportunity for growth, reflection, and repair. It can also bring unanticipated emotional experiences that can feel isolating and uncomfortable. My clients are looking for ways to move through this transitional stage of life with more confidence and ease.
I specialize in helping clients understand generational relationship patterns and identify ways to work with previous experiences to gain insight and live a fully integrated and realized life. I offer expertise in treating perinatal mood and anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, relationship difficulties, family conflict, depression and anxiety symptoms.
There are times we could all benefit from a safe, honest, and nonjudgmental space to process our experiences but finding a therapist can be at best daunting and at worst discouraging.
