It’s hard to be human. Even in the best of times, change and growth can be uncomfortable and often overwhelming. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, complex trauma, grief, major life transitions, self-esteem, and motivation issues. I have found immense purpose in addressing issues related to relationships, intimacy, sex, and identity exploration, as well as LGBTQ+ and women’s issues.

My approach to therapy varies greatly depending on your goals, and where we go in our sessions is up to you. However, I always approach therapy with the core tenets of empathy, affirming care, and honesty in mind. I believe that therapy may not be the most comfortable thing you’ll do, but it is often the most courageous.
